We may receive information about you from our host agency, Suppliers, and people who refer you to us or book travel that includes you.

If you provide your phone number and opt in, you consent to receive calls and text messages from us, which may include trip planning, booking updates, and promotional messages.

• Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.

• Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
• We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

• Our host agency and Suppliers: To book and fulfill your travel, we share necessary details (such as traveler names, dates of birth, passport information, and preferences) with our host agency, Legato, and with the Suppliers involved in your trip — including cruise lines, airlines, hotels and resorts, tour operators, and insurance providers. These parties use your information under their own privacy policies.
• Service providers: With vendors who help us operate (such as email, booking, payment, scheduling, and analytics tools), who may only use your information to provide services to us.
• Legal and safety: When required by law, to respond to legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of you, us, or others.
• Business transfers: In connection with a merger, sale, or transfer of our business or assets.
• We do not sell your personal information for money.

Payments for travel are generally processed directly by Suppliers, our host agency, or third-party payment processors. Any payment information you provide is used only to process the booking you authorize and is handled subject to the processor's and Supplier's security and privacy practices.

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain your travel history for future planning, comply with legal and recordkeeping obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When we no longer need it, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You share information with us at your own risk, and you are responsible for keeping any account credentials confidential.
